We use customer information to underwrite your policies, process your claims, ensure proper billing, service your account, and offer you other insurance products that we believe may suit your needs.
 
Disclosure of Information To Others
We do not disclose information about you to third parties, including affiliates, except as required or permitted by law.  For example, we may disclose information about you to others to assist us in servicing your policy(ies) with us, to government entities in response to subpoenas, and to credit bureaus. We may also disclose information in response to requests from law enforcement agencies or State Insurance authorities.
 
If you cancel your policy(ies) or your relationship becomes inactive, we will continue to treat the information we have collected about you in accordance with this Notice.
 
Our Security Procedures
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to safeguard consumer information. Our employees are bound by our Code of Ethics and policies to access consumer information only for legitimate business purposes and to keep information about you confidential.
 
Other Privacy Protections
You may have other privacy protections under some state laws. We will comply with applicable state laws as to information about you. For example, certain state laws may restrict the types of information we may disclose about you or require us to provide you with an additional notice.
 
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide current customers with a revised notice that describes our new practices.
